Do you allow same-day orders?

Yes! We can accept same-day orders as long as they are placed at least 2 hours before the desired delivery time for delivery orders, and 1 hour before their desired pick-up time for pick-up orders.

Where are your pick-up locations?

You may pick up your order at either our Hotdish Fairview branch or our Hotdish Paranaque branch.

What are your operating and/or cut-off hours?

  • Delivery orders will be accepted until 6:30pm for delivery on or before 8:30pm.
  • Pick-up orders will be accepted until 6:00pm for pick-up no later than 7:00pm.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

  • For Delivery Orders: P500 minimum
  • For Pick-up Orders: No minimum

Do you offer Individual Packed Meals?

Yes! We offer affordable and customizable Packed Meals. Please message us on our Facebook Page or Instagram Profile, and our team will be more than happy to assist and provide you with more details on your desired Packed Meal combination.

Are you available on Grab Food?

Yes! Both our Hotdish Fairview and Hotdish Paranaque branches are available on Grab Food for immediate delivery. Please note that availability may vary depending on the distance of the delivery location.

What are the available serving sizes, and how many people can each size accommodate?

Size options and recommended serving portions are specified for each item on the ordering page.

What is your payment method?

We accept online bank transfers, GCash payments, and credit card payments securely upon checkout.

Can you provide an Official Receipt or Service Invoice?

Yes! If you need a Service Invoice (S.I.) or Official Receipt (O.R.), please message us the details on Facebook (facebook.com/HotdishPH), on Instagram (@hotdish.ph), or at +63 915-091-7171. Please include your Order Number for easy reference.

Can I edit my order details once it has been placed?

To make any changes to a confirmed order, please message us on our Facebook Page or Instagram Profile.

Can I ask for a refund for an order that has already been paid for?

Unfortunately, refunds will not be allowed once an order has been paid for. Please message us on Facebook (facebook.com/HotdishPH), on Instagram (@hotdish.ph), or call us at +63 915-091-7171, and our team will do our best to assist and provide a resolution.
